In Cincinnati, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Ohio, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. I can't say enough good things about Brandie! Every single plant I've purchased has been healthy and thriving. I use her neem oil spray regularly. First, it knocked out some pest problems. Now I use it weekly as a preventative measure. Any time I give her a wish list plant it is found. She's so awesome to do business with. I couldn't recommend anyone better!!

Brandie is the absolute BEST! I sent her pictures of my space and she filled it with beautiful plants that fit perfectly. I'm new to plants and she's taken the time to teach me how to care for the plants, and steers me towards plants that are low maintenance until my plant knowledge grows. Brandie is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. All of that aside, she's an incredible human! She makes you feel like you have known her for your entire life, and is insanely friendly, outgoing, and positive!
